The Chief Information Systems Officers Association (CISOA) is pleased to send you this solicitation for participants in the Chief Information Systems Officers Certification Program, which has been developed to train IT professionals in the art of leading and managing technology organizations in the California community colleges. This is a yearlong program that will enhance and certify your skills as a Chief Information Systems Officer (CISO). If you would like to learn about leading technical organizations in community colleges as well as understand the educational issues and concerns that CISOs are responsible for addressing, then this program is for you.
This program is appropriate for:
The program began in March 2013 with a cohort of 24 participants, who will graduate in February 2014. Applications are now being accepted for placement in the next cohort that will start in February 2014.
We invite your participation in this program. Also, if you know of someone in your organization who might be interested in this program, please forward this email to them. The due date for applications is December 13. Please see the attached documents for more details.
